The pharmacy leverages the Wellsky order entry system and operates without automation, providing a hands-on technician experience.

Monday to Friday 5:00 PM to 10:00

Franklin, TN Key Responsibilities:

Work in either a customer service capacity or a dispensing role, depending on assignment. Customer service tasks include verifying shipping details, entering new patient information, and maintaining updated patient profiles within the pharmacy software. Dispensing duties involve accurately filling and dispensing medications in accordance with prescriptions. Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and regulatory standards while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Previous experience as a pharmacy technician, preferably in a mail order or specialty pharmacy setting. Proficient with pharmacy software systems; experience with Wellsky is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and medication dispensing. Ability to work independently as well as part of a pharmacy team. Effective communication skills for interacting with patients and team members. Reliable availability for evening shifts on weekdays.
