Perform customer service functions including verifying shipping information, entering new patient details, and updating patient profiles using the pharmacy software system. Dispense and fill prescription medications accurately in a high-volume environment, averaging approximately 1,000 prescriptions daily. Operate the Wellsky pharmacy order entry system without automation support, requiring strong attention to detail. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain smooth workflow and ensure quality patient service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail, mail-order, or specialty pharmacy setting. Familiarity with pharmacy software systems, preferably Wellsky or similar. Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for customer service responsibilities.
