Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract This opportunity is a 13-week contract position for a Pharmacy Technician at a busy mail order renal specialty pharmacy filling approximately 1,000 prescriptions daily. The assignment offers potential to transition into a temp-to-hire role, contingent on PTCB certification for permanent placement.

Perform customer service tasks such as verifying shipping information, entering new patient data, and updating patient profiles in the pharmacy software system Accurately fill and dispense medications in the dispensing role Utilize the Wellsky pharmacy order entry system to manage prescriptions Support pharmacy operations efficiently without automation tools Qualifications /

Desired Experience:

Prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a pharmacy setting Familiarity with entering and verifying prescription and patient information Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment PTCB certification required for candidates interested in permanent placement This assignment offers a chance to gain valuable experience in a high-volume specialty pharmacy setting while working with a dedicated team.
