In this vital role, you will support pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring accurate and efficient pharmacy operations. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to grow your skills in compounding while being paid. Responsibilities Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, including compounding and labeling prescriptions accurately. Manage medication inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring proper storage conditions. Support processes by verifying prescription details and clarifying medication instructions. Maintain precise documentation of inventory records and pharmacy logs.. Follow strict protocols for aseptic technique during sterile compounding and medication handling. Requirements Valid pharmacy technician license or certification in Tennessee ,as required by local regulations. Proven pharmacy technician experience Familiarity with aseptic technique and sterile compounding practices. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. This role is an excellent fit for motivated individuals eager to advance their pharmacy career in a supportive environment that values precision, patient care, and continuous learning.
Pay:
$21.00 - $28.00 per hour
