Requirements:

• Current state Pharmacy Technician license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of compounding experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to accurately and efficiently perform assigned compounding pharmacy technician responsibilities
• Ability to complete bulk dispensing assignments accurately and on time
• Ability to prepare and complete assigned compounded medication batches
• Ability to complete assigned one-off compounded prescriptions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to prescription accuracy
• Ability to balance accuracy and productivity in a compounding pharmacy environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to follow established pharmacy procedures, workflows, and compounding processes
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other team members
• Ability to meet established compounding productivity and workflow expectations
