We are seeking a IV experienced Certified Pharmacy Technician to compound prescription weight loss medications (semaglutide and tirzepatide) and peptides therapies.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM - No Weekends.
Requirements:
Pharmacy Technician License with the Texas Board of Pharmacy IV Certification Good Communication Skills Be Accountable/Dependable Teamwork oriented I.V.
Tech Responsibilities:
Mix IV Medications in our clean room for patients. Knowledge of and adherence to pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations. Demonstrate professionalism, communication skills, and friendliness. Medication preparation, sterile compounding, packing, and coordinate delivery. Prepare and organize dispensed medication, including calculating quantities, assembling solutions, mixing components, packaging product, and preparing labels. Use sterile compounding in the clean room to compound infusion medications. Responsible for clean room readiness, including maintaining a safe and clean medication area, sterile room, and laminar flow hoods. Coordinate tasks and other Admin duties when needed.
