Full Job Description Job Description:
Under supervision of the pharmacists, is able to accomplish all areas with the mechanical preparation of prescriptions for final check by pharmacists. Duties include order entry into computer profile, pulling and counting medications, and processing of third party billings and inventory replacement and management.
Required Skills:
1. Basic computer literacy and keyboarding/data entry skills required. 2. Effective oral and written communication skills. 3. Knowledge of and ability to use computer applications. 4. Advanced Pharmacy Technician knowledge of pharmacy terminology and procedures.
Required Experience:

Work Experience:
Previous work experience as a pharmacy technician preferred. B.
License/Registration/Certification:
Current Registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. C.
Education and Training:
High School graduate or equivalent or graduation from a Pharmacy Technician Program preferred.
