Join Our Growing Team at Drug Crafters Drug Crafters is a trusted compounding pharmacy serving patients and providers across 24 states for over 15 years. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We specialize in customized medications, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT), anti-aging therapies, and sterile and non-sterile compounds. Potential to take on additional PRN or weekday hours based on performance and business needs Role Overview This late-night shift position is primarily focused on prescription processing and production support. You will help ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while supporting high-demand compounding workflows.
Typical schedule:
Late-night shifts weekdays M-F (11pm-7am or 12am-8am) Pharmacy open to the public on Saturdays; primary focus is back-end operations No direct patient interactions Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and process prescriptions in a high-volume environment Support fulfillment and production workflows as needed Collaborate with pharmacists and technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency Maintain attention to detail to meet regulatory and quality standards Provide professional and timely service to patients and prescribers when needed What We're Looking For Personable and professional communicator Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Motivated, reliable, and adaptable Qualifications & Requirements Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (Texas State Board of Pharmacy required) Prior retail pharmacy experience required (compounding experience a plus) Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Positive, self-driven, and accountable mindset Must pass background check and pre-employment/random drug screening
Compensation & Details Pay:
$18-$25 per hour, based on experience
