Up to $20/hr Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician II to support prescription fulfillment, medication processing, insurance claims, and patient/physician communications in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. Responsibilities Prepare and process prescription medications using the pharmacy fulfillment system. Process prescription exceptions, including insurance claim rejects. Enter and maintain member demographics and prescription information. Research and resolve insurance billing issues. Assist with escalated member issues and prescription-related inquiries. Escalate prescription questions to a Pharmacist when appropriate. Assist with inbound and outbound calls with patients and physicians. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 2-4 years of Pharmacy Technician experience. Current Pharmacy Technician registration and/or certification as required by the state. Active Pharmacy Technician license/registration required. Trainee licenses may be considered if they have at least 1 year remaining before expiration . Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with cart assistance. Ability to stand for 8+ hours . Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach. Schedule Monday-Friday availability required. Must be available between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM . Must be able to work at least one closing shift per week (10:00 AM-6:30 PM) . Final schedule will be provided upon onboarding.
