Job description We are looking for a Compounding Pharmacy Lab Technician to join our team at our Lewisville, TX location. The technician will work closely with the Pharmacist-in-Charge on non-sterile compounding, filling, inventory, and other related tasks. Must be organized, dependable, and able to multi-task with a positive attitude. Must work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment. Compounding Pharmacy experience is mandatory. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri), no weekends.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist pharmacists in all areas of the pharmacy operations. Fill compounds. Work with non-sterile compounding. Maintain lab equipment and keep lab clean. Oversee and maintain inventory. Pack and ship out compounds. Ensure regulatory compliance standards are met. Manage own responsibilities as well as proactively shift to help others on the team when needed. Be flexible and adaptive to changes at work, schedule and business needs.

SKILLS NEEDED

Excellent communication skills. Basic Math. Computer Knowledge. Need little supervision / independent worker & team player. Strong organizational skills. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize without error. Non-sterile compounding

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or greater. Previous experience in a compounding pharmacy Previous experience in non-sterile compounding
