Required Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or GED.Upon hire:
Texas Pharmacy Technician Trainee or Upon hire: Texas Registered Pharmacy Technician License. Minimum of 2 years (> 4160 clock hours) of pharmacy practice in an integrated health system and PTCB certification- OR•3 years (> 6240 hours) hospital pharmacy if technician does not have PTCB certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Coursework/Training:
Graduate of a Pharmacy Technician program. Advanced PTCB certificate (e.g., compounded sterile products, advanced certified pharmacy technician, medication history certificate, controlled substances). Specialty certification (e.g. ACPE approved sterile compounding certification) where applicable by role and state. Why Join Providence?
