This contract-to-hire position offers full-time hours with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role requires reliability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing a daily script count of 350-400 prescriptions. The pharmacy specializes exclusively in behavioral health medications, operating similarly to long-term care pharmacies with a blend of walk-in clinic support and outbound prescription fulfillment. It does not administer vaccines and uses automation and streamlined workflows to manage its high volume efficiently. The pharmacy team currently consists of one pharmacist and two pharmacy technicians, with this position helping to complete the staffing model for optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare and dispense behavioral health medications Handle prescription processing using Enterprise RX software (training provided) Support efficient workflow while maintaining strict attention to detail Collaborate with pharmacy staff to meet daily prescription quotas Maintain confidentiality and comply with hospital pharmacy protocols Adapt to a setting separate yet contracted with the behavioral health clinic

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
