Key Responsibilities:
Enter and manage patient and prescription data accurately in pharmacy systems Prepare medications including counting, measuring, labeling, and packaging Assist with insurance adjudication, prior authorizations, and refill requests Support prescription processing and work directly with patients and providers Handle transactions, collect payments, and provide excellent customer service Maintain accurate records on prescription activity and inventory Ensure a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment Identify and report safety risks, equipment issues, or compliance concerns Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to ensure smooth operations
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED Active Registered Pharmacy Technician (Texas) and CPhT certification Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient care and safety

Retail or pharmacy experience (1+ year)
