pharmacy located in Plano, TX searching for Full-time, Certified Pharmacy Technician with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy to join our pharmacy team!

Pharmacy Hours:

Monday -

Friday:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Shifts will be between those hours.

Sat/Sun:

Closed (No weekend hours)

Full-time Salary:

Starting pay would range from $18.00 - $19.00/hr. based on experience and license. You will have opportunities to receive pay increases based on performance.

Job Duties:

Handling telephone transactions to ensure a positive customer experience Prescription processing, filling, & packing Assists with daily pharmacy maintenance to ensure the pharmacy is clean, neat, and orderly in condition and appearance.

Such maintenance may include:

stocking supplies, cleaning work stations, disposing of trash, etc. Perform clerical tasks such as handling all related sales on the cash register Inventory management activities such as, ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of inventory goods Completing any special assignments or tasks as assigned This position is subject to repeated hours performing repetitive tasks

Vacation:

40 hours paid time off starts accruing after one year of service, 80 hours after 2 years, and 120 hours after 3 years

Applicant Requirements:

Certified Pharmacy Technician License with an ACTIVE registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy or Technician Trainee License Must be able to pass background check and Drug screening A high school diploma or equivalent Demonstrate proficiency with using Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Basic math skills for counting medications Excellent communication skills and work ethic Experience in a fast-paced work environment Customer service experience We are a pharmacy who pride ourselves on providing our patients with the highest quality services.
