This role focuses on customer service, administrative support, and accurate documentation while working under pharmacy laws and internal procedures. The ideal candidate conveys information via telephone in English or Spanish to patients with poise and empathy, is detail-oriented, respectful of confidentiality and comfortable working in a compliance-driven setting. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and assist with intake and general inquiries Collect and verify patient and prescription information Maintain accurate records and documentation Support pharmacy workflow and administrative processes Handle phone calls and basic insurance-related inquiries Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA Follow all pharmacy laws, policies, and procedures Maintain adequate inventory of supplies through restocking and organization Support post-verification processing of prescriptions by preparing packaged items for shipments Any additional duties assigned by the Lead and/or Supervisor. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer and data entry proficiency Ability to work professionally Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and comply with pharmacy regulations Able to lift boxes 30 to 40 lbs. and assist with restocking supplies Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting Bilingual (English/Spanish) Previous Retail experience Benefits Benefits become available upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period and satisfactory attendance requirements: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Health Savings Account - HSA (optional) Paid Time Off Work Environment On-site, professional pharmacy setting Structured supervision and training provided Compliance-focused operations Standing for extended periods Use of PPE and cleanroom procedures (as applicable) Employees are expected to successfully complete Nuvia's 90-day Introductory Period by demonstrating reliable attendance, satisfactory job performance, teamwork, adherence to company policies, and completion of required training and certifications.
