This role focuses on customer service, administrative support, and accurate documentation while working under pharmacy laws and internal procedures. The ideal candidate conveys information via telephone in English or Spanish to patients with poise and empathy, is detail-oriented, respectful of confidentiality and comfortable working in a compliance-driven setting. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and assist with intake and general inquiries Collect and verify patient and prescription information Maintain accurate records and documentation Support pharmacy workflow and administrative processes Handle phone calls and basic insurance-related inquiries Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA Follow all pharmacy laws, policies, and procedures Maintain adequate inventory of supplies through restocking and organization Support post-verification processing of prescriptions by preparing packaged items for shipments Any additional duties assigned by the Lead and/or Supervisor.
