What You'll Do:

As a Substitute Pharmacy Technician Instructor, you'll be at the heart of student success by: Delivering engaging, hands-on instruction in both classroom and lab settings.

Facilitating interactive lab sessions and ensuring students demonstrate competency in key skills.

Managing classroom and lab supplies to create a fully equipped learning environment.

Track daily attendance and provide monthly student performance evaluations.

Coaching students one-on-one through pharmacy competencies and skill validations.

Teaching pharmacy software, calculations, pharmacology, and pharmacy practice standards.

Demonstrating professionalism and serving as a role model in academic and clinical environments.

Participating in staff meetings, contributing to curriculum updates, and performing other program-related duties as needed. Your Impact Matters You'll be a key part of helping students: Master essential technical and professional skills.

Successfully complete their training.

Earn industry credentials or licensure.

What We're Looking For:

Education Requirements:

A high school diploma or the equivalent.

Experience:

At least three years of experience as a licensed Pharmacy Technician in Utah.

Certification:

A current National Pharmacy Technician Certification.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).

Organizational Abilities:

Strong skills in time management, multitasking, and organization to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities.
