Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract A pharmacy technician role is available at a healthcare facility in Charlottesville, VA, on a contract basis. This opportunity involves providing vital support within the pharmacy by distributing prescribed medications and delivering exceptional customer service.
Schedule:
Tuesday, June 30, 2026, through Friday, July 24, 2026 Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (9-hour shifts)
Location:
Charlottesville, VA Key Responsibilities:
Accurately distribute medications as prescribed by healthcare practitioners Offer knowledgeable information to customers about medication usage Ensure high-quality customer service throughout every interaction
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Virginia pharmacy technician license required Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care settings preferred Strong communication skills and attention to detail This role offers an excellent chance to contribute to patient care within a dynamic pharmacy environment.
