Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team of associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a general understanding of retail management practices. The Team Leader plays a crucial role in driving the sales performance of the store. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Train and develop team members on best practices in sales management and customer engagement. Maintain an organized store environment that reflects company standards. Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Opening/Closing the store as needed. Qualifications Leadership experience in a retail or similar environment is a plus. Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
