Recruitment Alley is hiring experienced Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Assistants for an onsite pharmacy opportunity in Everett, WA. This is a great fit for someone with pharmacy experience who is comfortable working in a professional, corporate environment and communicating with patients/customers over the phone. Strong communication skills are a must. You should be comfortable answering calls, relaying pharmacy-related information, documenting accurately, and providing professional customer service throughout the day. Pharmacy Technician - $24.50/hr Pharmacy Technicians will perform traditional pharmacy technician duties while also assisting with call center functions as needed.

Responsibilities may include:

Prescription processing and data entry Supporting pharmacists with standard pharmacy technician functions Answering incoming pharmacy-related calls Relaying appropriate prescription and pharmacy information Documenting calls and maintaining accurate patient information Providing professional customer service over the phone

Requirements:

Pharmacy Technician experience PTCB certification (Currently licensed/credentialed Pharmacy Technicians without PTCB may also be considered) Strong phone and communication skills Comfortable working in a professional corporate environment Strong attention to detail and computer/data entry skills Pharmacy Assistant - $20.50/hr Pharmacy Assistants will primarily work within the pharmacy call center. This is not an entry-level customer service position — previous pharmacy experience is required.

Responsibilities include:

Handling incoming pharmacy-related calls Assisting with prescription-related questions and requests within the scope of the position Accurately documenting information Relaying information clearly and professionally Providing excellent phone-based customer service Supporting the pharmacy team with call center workflow

Requirements:

Previous pharmacy experience is required and must be clearly listed on your resume (Candidates without pharmacy experience will not be considered for the Pharmacy Assistant position) Active Washington State Pharmacy Assistant credential, or willingness to obtain prior to starting (Candidates should be aware the credential has an associated application/licensing fee) Must be comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday on the phone Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Professional and presentable in a corporate environment Comfortable learning pharmacy systems and handling detailed information accurately If you have pharmacy experience, enjoy helping people, and are looking to move away from the traditional retail pharmacy environment, we'd love to hear from you.
