Pharmacy Technician Part Time DePere Hometown Pharmacy - 3.1 De Pere, WI Job Details Part-time 1 day ago Benefits Paid training Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Full Job Description What You'll Do As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll work alongside licensed pharmacists to provide exceptional patient care while ensuring prescriptions are prepared accurately and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting patients in person and over the phone. Enter prescription information accurately into the pharmacy system. Count, label, package, and prepare prescriptions for pharmacist verification. Process insurance claims and assist with resolving third-party billing issues. Assist with medication and inventory ordering, stocking, and organization. Maintain accurate records and support pharmacy workflow. Learn about medications, including brand/generic equivalents and therapeutic classes. Support patient care programs and pharmacy services. Assist customers with over-the-counter products and general store inquiries. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment. Work collaboratively with pharmacists and fellow team members to provide exceptional patient care.
