Inpatient Pharmacy Tech IV Compounding Contract length: 8 weeks

8 hour days

Weekend/Holiday:

Every third weekend and holiday rotation

Minimum Experience:

1 year experience required, sterile compounding experience required, compounding parenteral nutrition TPN experience needed (Total Parental Nutrition) Hazardous drug/chemotherapy experience is

HIGHLY PREFERRED

so the candidate can work in the IV room Knowledge of Abacus/Baxa compounding software and Repeater pump beneficial, Simplifi/SoleSource software preferred. Required Certifications to be attached upon

Submittal:

PTCB/ChT, WI Pharm Tech license required. Media Fill test Certification is preferred.

Charting Experience:

EPIC experience highly preferred Unit specific skillset: Pyxis and clean room-fast paced, busy facility - the candidate will be working in the oncology center IV room Scrub color: any color

Pay:

$1,250.00 - $1,350.00 per week
