Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Demonstrates written, interpersonal, or communication skills as appropriate to position Working knowledge of phlebotomy

Licensure, Registration, Certification:

After June 1, 2012, BLS is required for hire

Desired Licensure/Registration/Certification:

Phlebotomy Technician through the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians, Inc (ASPT) or Phlebotomy Technician (PBT) through the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP)

Qualifications:
