JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education High school diploma or GED. Experience Six months of experience or training preferred. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color perception, and ability to adjust focus.
JOB SUMMARY
Draws blood from patients for analysis or other medical purposes. Files laboratory reports, maintains incomplete laboratory requisitions and future requests, assists in preparing LIS requisitions. Processes laboratory specimens, including centrifuging and alliquoting. Attendance is an essential function of this job.
