This role is equal parts phlebotomist + problem-solver + relationship builder. Travel between LTC communities daily. Work closely with elderly patients—patience and compassion matter here Perform blood draws + specimen collections with confidence and care Use our LIS system (Genuin) for patient entry, orders, and documentation Prepare and manage collection kits and supplies Handle specimen labeling, documentation, and chain of custody like a pro Support specimen transport (courier responsibilities as needed) Build strong relationships with staff at each facility What Your Day Looks Like Rotating schedule between three long term care facilities in the North Phoenix area Patient-facing collections throughout the day Real-time documentation and coordination A mix of routine + problem-solving (because healthcare is never static) Let's Be Honest — This Role Isn't for Everyone This won't be a fit if you: Are shaky on phlebotomy fundamentals Struggle with attention to detail Need constant direction or oversight Prefer slow-paced or repetitive work

Requirements:
