Duties Deliver engaging classroom and online instruction on phlebotomy techniques, safety protocols, and patient communication. Develop, update, and refine curriculum materials to align with current industry standards and regulatory requirements. Utilize learning technology and educational software to create interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. Assess student progress through practical demonstrations, written assessments, and ongoing feedback sessions. Manage classroom environments effectively, fostering an inclusive atmosphere that supports adult learners from diverse cultural backgrounds. Incorporate educational technology integration to enhance remote training sessions and facilitate seamless online instruction. Ensure compliance with healthcare education regulations and maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and certifications. Qualifications Proven experience in classroom teaching or instructional roles within healthcare or technical education settings. Strong background in phlebotomy procedures, clinical practices, and healthcare regulations. Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for adult learners. Proficiency in using computers and educational technologies to deliver engaging online instruction. Knowledge of educational technology integration tools for remote training environments. Familiarity with adult education principles, classroom management strategies, and working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
