Monday-Friday Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) + mileage reimbursement About the Position We are seeking a reliable and experienced Weekday AM Mobile Phlebotomy Technician to provide mobile blood collection services throughout the South Los Angeles area. This position is ideal for a self-motivated phlebotomist who enjoys working independently while delivering exceptional patient care in a mobile setting. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections accurately and safely in accordance with established phlebotomy standards. Travel to assigned healthcare facilities and patient locations throughout the South Los Angeles area. Verify patient identity and ensure all specimens are accurately labeled and documented. Properly collect, handle, and transport specimens while maintaining specimen integrity and chain of custody. Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain professional and courteous communication with patients, nursing staff, and facility personnel. Follow all company policies and applicable safety and infection control procedures. Qualifications Current California Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT I or CPT II) license. Valid California driver's license and reliable personal transportation. Previous phlebotomy experience required. Mobile, home health, or skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience is strongly preferred. Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding patient care. Availability to reliable work Monday-Friday (Early morning shift, preferably starting at 4 AM). Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
