Responsibilities include:

Performing venipuncture and specimen collection in a fast-paced healthcare environment Preparing patients for blood draws and explaining procedures with confidence and professionalism Helping anxious or nervous patients feel comfortable throughout the collection process Accurately verifying patient information and labeling specimens Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records and documentation Following all safety, infection control, and laboratory protocols Preparing and organizing collection supplies, including needles, tubes, vials, and specimen containers Coordinating with laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate specimen processing Receiving and processing specimens delivered to the laboratory Supporting physicians, nurses, and laboratory personnel as needed Performing additional duties to help support patient care and department operations Work Environment This is a fully onsite position located in Harbor City, CA .
