This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure a seamless patient experience while also maintaining positive client relationships and supporting account management functions. Key Responsibilities Phlebotomy & Patient Care Perform venipuncture, capillary punctures, and specimen collection efficiently and accurately. Ensure proper handling, labeling, and transport of specimens to maintain sample integrity. Educate patients on procedures, ensuring comfort and confidence throughout the process. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines. Client & Account Management Support Serve as a point of contact for partner clinics, physician offices, and other healthcare providers. Ensure client satisfaction by resolving concerns , providing updates, and facilitating smooth communication. Monitor account activity, including volume commitments and client-specific needs. Work closely with the business development and operations teams to ensure service excellence. Assist with client onboarding and training on proper specimen collection and submission protocols. Administrative & Operational Duties Maintain accurate patient and client records, ensuring timely documentation. Track inventory and coordinate supply orders to ensure proper availability of collection kits. Support quality control processes by identifying and escalating issues as needed. Provide feedback on workflow improvements to enhance both patient and client experiences. Required Qualifications Certification in Phlebotomy (CPT, RPT, or equivalent) required. Minimum 2+ years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical or laboratory setting. Strong knowledge of specimen handling, processing, and safety protocols. Customer Service Preferred Qualifications Experience in Customer Service Background in working with diagnostic laboratories, physician offices, or mobile phlebotomy services . Knowledge of insurance processes, billing, and reimbursement for lab services. Soft Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal skills
