JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for performing delegated clinical and administrative duties, specifically direct support to primary care providers and direct care to patients at various mobile locations. Responsible to work in partnership with other team members with him will be jointly accountable in achieving clinic goals.

JOB DUTIES
Establishes daily schedule to complete laboratory specimen collection for patients residing in various residential locations. Coordinate's collection routes to ensure that specimen collection is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Report all critical laboratory results in a timely manner. Validates the proper ICD-10 codes for every patient's laboratory order, to decrease organization expense. Ensure the maintenance of quality patient care. Prepare specimens for shipping including centrifuging specimens. Complete patient blood draws. Maintain appropriate inventory for all laboratory procedures. Maintain an organized and sanitary work environment. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and appropriate boundaries with patients. Meet attendance standards and be present and ready for work at the beginning of established work schedule. Maintain Laboratory monthly reports with critical values Report abnormal or critical values to designated provider to review. Effectively document and transmit all orders using our EMR E Clinical Works. Report any work-related injury or illness, or workplace hazards or security issues immediately to supervisor. Responsible for ensuring CLIA Waiver requirements are maintained and communicated to team member responsible for maintaining treatment center licensure. Consistently demonstrate and uphold CCCHC's principle of providing quality health and human services to the medically underserved and low-income populations in a culturally sensitive manner. All other duties, as assigned. The ideal candidate has the following traits/skills. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Comfortable working with severely persistently mentally ill patient Ability to be highly organized and work well under pressure. Ability to convey a positive and professional image to patients and employees. Ability to use a computerized patient system (EMR) Demonstrate proficiency in various PC applications, including E-mail, Microsoft Program, and networking devices. Education and Experience Requirements CPT 1 license required. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Must have an up-to-date CPR/BLS Certificate. Must possess a dependable automobile, current California Driver License, and insurance. Willing to travel to various locations (approximately 50-mile radius from office) Central City Community Health Center offer a dynamic work environment with competitive salaries and benefits.
