We are a physician-led longevity and performance medicine practice focused on helping patients optimize their health before disease develops. Our services combine advanced diagnostics, regenerative medicine, fitness, recovery, brain health, and personalized medical care—all under one roof. Responsibilities Welcome patients and create an exceptional concierge-level experience from check-in through departure. Perform venipuncture and specimen collection accurately while ensuring proper labeling and handling. Obtain vital signs, perform patient intake, and accurately document medical histories and review of systems to prepare the chart for the doctor. Administer injections, EKGs, prepare peptide injections and other clinical services as directed. Prepare and maintain exam rooms, treatment rooms, and clinical equipment. Maintain inventory, stock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed. Accurately document all patient encounters within the electronic medical record. Knowledge with Athena EHR preferred. Perform all steps to process lab samples for daily Quest pick-up. Answer phones as backup as needed, assist with scheduling, and support front-office operations when needed. Work closely with physicians, nurses, fitness staff, and patient coordinators to deliver an outstanding patient experience. Help improve office workflows and contribute ideas as our practice continues to grow. Qualifications Medical Assistant certification required. Current Phlebotomy certification strongly preferred. Minimum 2 years of clinical Medical Assistant experience required. Excellent venipuncture skills and confidence with blood draws. Current BLS certification. Strong computer skills with electronic medical records. Athena EHR experience is a strong plus. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Professional appearance with a warm, compassionate bedside manner. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment. Good attitude and attention to excellent patient care despite the daily hiccups that can occur in a start-up environment. Comfortable learning new technologies and evolving clinical workflows.
