The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing medical administrative support and assisting with patient care in an outpatient setting. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform medical administrative support tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Measure and record vital signs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Support patients during their visits by providing excellent patient service and addressing their needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the examination rooms and equipment. Document patient information accurately, including coding for billing purposes. Experience Previous experience in a phlebotomist/medical assistant role or similar position is preferred but not required. Knowledge of coding practices and medical terminology is a plus. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care are essential.
