Centennial, CO Pay Rate:
$24.50-$26.25 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type:
Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist II, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to quality will help support critical diagnostic testing and positive patient outcomes. What You'll Do Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and other approved collection techniques Process, label, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures Verify patient identity, demographics, and specimen labeling accuracy Perform pediatric, geriatric, and adult specimen collections with professionalism and care Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring patient confidentiality Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing activities Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive patient experience Travel to multiple patient service centers or physician office locations as needed What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent required Medical assistant, paramedic, or related medical training preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Patient Service Center experience preferred Strong customer service and keyboard/data entry skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or on-call schedules as needed Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Ability to meet compliance requirements Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US What's In It For You Opportunity to build and expand your phlebotomy and patient care experience Exposure to diverse patient populations and clinical environments Supportive team-oriented workplace focused on quality and excellence Opportunity to develop leadership, customer service, and technical skills Potential pathway to long-term employment Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
