- What You'll Do
- + Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and other approved collection methods + Prepare, label, process, and transport specimens according to established procedures + Verify patient demographic information and ensure accurate specimen identification + Obtain patient signatures and confirm proper specimen labeling following specimen collection + Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties + Maintain accurate records and documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards + Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, professional patient experience + Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment + Support Patient Service Center and physician office locations as business needs require •What We're Looking For•+ A current, up-to-date resume + High school diploma or equivalent required + 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections + Strong venipuncture, specimen handling, and processing skills + Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred + Phlebotomy certification preferred + Two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred + Customer service experience in a retail or service environment highly preferred + Keyboard and data entry proficiency + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record if applicable + Flexibility to travel between locations and adapt to changing staffing needs + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment + Ability to meet compliance requirements + Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US •What's In It For You•+ Competitive pay + Opportunity to work with a leading healthcare diagnostics organization + Gain experience with diverse patient populations and clinical environments + Enhance your phlebotomy, specimen handling, and customer service skills + Potential pathway to long-term employment + Supportive team environment focused on quality, patient care, and professional growth •Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility)•Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans + Dental Plan + Supplemental Life Insurance + Short Term Disability Insurance + 401(k)ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
