This is a great opportunity for a Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Phlebotomy Technician, or experienced healthcare professional who enjoys working with people, values accuracy, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. As a Wellness Screener, you will play an important role in helping employees understand their health through convenient, professional biometric screenings conducted directly at their workplace. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture blood collections as requested by the client. Accurately obtain biometric measurements, including: Height Weight Blood pressure BMI Waist circumference Follow all OHD screening policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Provide participants with a professional, welcoming, and positive screening experience. Maintain accurate and complete screening documentation. Prepare, organize, and maintain the screening area before, during, and after events. Communicate professionally with participants, clients, and other members of the screening team. Identify and communicate any supply, equipment, or operational concerns. Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Complete remote administrative tasks as needed to support the screening season.
What We're Looking For Required:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT). Minimum 2 years of experience performing venipuncture . Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate results. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed in a fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
