- What You'll Do
- + Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric specimen collections following established procedures and quality standards + Verify patient identification and ensure specimens are accurately labeled in the patient's presence + Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing while maintaining specimen integrity and compliance standards + Maintain required patient records and documentation accurately and confidentially + Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties + Provide exceptional customer service while creating a professional, welcoming environment for patients + Travel to multiple locations as needed to support operational and staffing requirements + Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment •What We're Looking For•+ A current, up-to-date resume + High School Diploma or equivalent required + 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections + Excellent phlebotomy skills with the ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment + Customer service experience in a healthcare, retail, or service environment highly preferred + Experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred + Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred + Strong keyboarding, data entry, communication, and organizational skills + Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed + Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy + Ability to meet compliance requirements •What's In It For You•+ Opportunity to work in a patient-focused healthcare environment + Consistent weekday schedule offering work-life balance + Gain experience in a high-volume clinical and laboratory setting + Collaborative and supportive team culture + Opportunity to expand your phlebotomy and patient care expertise + Potential pathway to long-term career opportunities •Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility)•Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans + Dental Plan + Supplemental Life Insurance + Short Term Disability Insurance + 401(k)ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
