PM Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00pm-10:00pm (10 days/month) State Qualifications CURRENT Certified Phlebotomy Technician in the state of Colorado with a minimum of 2 years phlebotomy experience in the previous 5 years (venipuncture, blood collection, lab processing, and special specimen procurement), must provide a copy of phlebotomy certificate upon request Hold no less than a high school diploma or GED and have completed a program of instruction at a recognized school in a field directly related to the program teaching, must provide a copy of diploma or transcript upon request (Required to move forward to final interview, and be considered for position) OR hold no less than a high school diploma or GED, and have a minimum of 5 years Phlebotomy work experience Documents Required Upon Application Current Resume Proof of Education (Diploma, GED, Transcripts) Medical Technical Certification (Phlebotomy, Medical Assistant, Lab tech) if resume has less than 5 years of phlebotomy experience What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive instruction in phlebotomy, including lecture and clinical drawing sessions Deliver curriculum content clearly and effectively to ensure student understanding and competency Foster a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment Supervise students during clinical practice to ensure compliance with safety standards Encourage and support students throughout the program to promote successful completion Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization Manage onsite inventory and supplies Complete required classroom documentation in accordance with company policies Maintain productive attendance and timeliness for all scheduled classes Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Manage onsite inventory and supplies, including receiving shipments to personal address, maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring precise stock levels to support classroom and clinical training activities. Utilize inventory management system (Agiliron) to track supply usage, process inventory adjustments, and complete required documentation in accordance with company policies. Maintain organized inventory storage areas, monitor supply needs, and collaborate with inventory managers and fellow instructors to support efficient classroom operations. Ensure classroom and inventory areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with company standards. Required Qualifications Current Phlebotomy Certification High school diploma or equivalent Relevant occupational work experience in phlebotomy Strong communication and instructional skills Reliable transportation A secure address to receive inventory shipments Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Proficiency with technology, including iPads, mirror casting, and basic troubleshooting Professional demeanor and effective classroom management skills Additional Preferred Qualifications EKG knowledge and work experience Prior teaching or training experienceJob Type:
