Highly Possible Extension Shift:

7:00am-4:00pm The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the company and provides a positive, professional experience for patients throughout their visit. The PSR I is responsible for patient registration, phlebotomy, specimen collection and processing , while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, safety, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection accurately, safely, and efficiently. Collect and process both clinical and forensic specimens according to established procedures. Explain collection procedures to patients and create an atmosphere of trust and confidence. Demonstrate excellent patient service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Perform daily activities accurately and within established timelines under the direction of the Area Supervisor. Prepare, label, handle, and process specimens according to established practices and procedures. Follow established quality, safety, confidentiality, and specimen-handling procedures. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and error-free performance . Work independently with minimal on-site supervision. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Required Minimum 6 months to 3 Years of phlebotomy experience
  • Required Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric blood collection . Ability to provide accurate, quality work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills. Keyboard/data-entry experience
  • Required Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
Pay:

$17.00

  • $21.

00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
