Shift:
1st (7am to 3pm), 2nd (3pm to 11pm) and 3rd (11pm to 7am) with Every Other Weekend Join Our Caring Leadership Team! The Lutheran Home of Southbury, a fully renovated, 120-bed nonprofit skilled nursing facility, is seeking a dedicated RN supervisor. If you are a compassionate leader looking to make a difference during overnight hours while supervising a supportive team, we want you!

      • Supervise CNAs and LPNs, ensuring adherence to policies and high-quality care.
      • Oversee overnight resident care, clinical assessments, and acute pain management.
      • Provide clinical leadership in a geriatric setting.
      • Maintain accurate documentation and utilization management.
      What We Are Looking For:
      • Valid RN License and BSN degree.
      • Proven experience in nursing leadership, management, or charge nurse roles.
      • Strong communication and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
