Maintain accurate records and documentation of collected specimens and patient interactions. Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure and professional environment. Demonstrate leadership behaviors and a focus on process excellence in daily tasks. Work independently with minimal supervision, managing time effectively to meet scheduling needs. Collaborate with team members to promote a positive image of the healthcare facility. Required Skills Proven ability to provide quality, error-free work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Excellent phlebotomy skills, including experience with pediatric and geriatric patient populations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills to explain procedures clearly to patients. Keyboard and data entry proficiency. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Additional Skills & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington. Minimum of 6 months of direct phlebotomy experience required; over 1 year preferred. Customer service experience in retail or service environments is a plus. Keyboard/data entry experience is required. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime as needed. Reliable personal transportation; must be within 20-25 minutes of the worksite. Must be available to work scheduled shifts, be punctual, and remain for the entire shift without excessive absenteeism or tardiness.
