Part-Time Phlebotomist Bay Area Neuromuscular Therapy / Bay Area Regeneration Clearwater, Florida Part-Time | $20-$23/hour, based on experience We are seeking a dependable, professional, and patient-focused Part-Time Phlebotomist to join our growing outpatient healthcare practice in Clearwater. The ideal candidate is confident performing blood draws, works well independently, and provides patients with a comfortable and professional experience. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and routine blood collection Properly identify patients and label specimens Prepare specimens for laboratory processing and pickup Maintain accurate patient and specimen documentation Follow infection-control, OSHA, and bloodborne-pathogen procedures Maintain a clean and organized blood-draw area Monitor and maintain phlebotomy supplies Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and laboratory personnel Assist with other appropriate clinical duties within training and scope Qualifications Phlebotomy training and demonstrated competency required National phlebotomy certification preferred Prior clinical blood-draw experience strongly preferred Knowledge of specimen handling and processing Excellent patient-care and communication skills Dependable, organized, and professional Comfortable working in a smaller outpatient clinical environment Schedule Part-Time Flexible scheduling based on patient volume and clinical needs. Compensation $20-$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. 1099 Contract We are looking for someone who is skilled with blood draws, dependable, personable with patients, and interested in becoming part of a growing healthcare practice.
