Position Summary A1 Live Scan Collection Inc. is seeking a highly responsible, self-motivated professional to independently run the day-to-day operations of our Pensacola location. This is a hands-on, run-it-yourself role for someone with strong phlebotomy and lab-tech skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the drive to work their way up from the ground floor as the office grows. The ideal candidate can manage fingerprinting, blood draws, specimen collections, and all administrative duties on their own while maintaining compliance with FDLE, DOT, OSHA, and company standards and delivering exceptional customer service. Who We're Looking For

• A dependable self-starter who can manage the location solo with minimal supervision.
• Strong phlebotomy skills with confidence performing venipuncture independently.
• Solid lab-tech skills
• proper specimen handling, labeling, processing, and chain-of-custody management.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; able to juggle appointments, walk-ins, paperwork, and follow-ups without dropping the ball.
• Highly responsible and trustworthy with sensitive client information.
• Eager to grow with the company and build the role from the bottom up. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Independently operate the Pensacola location, managing all services, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Perform electronic Live Scan fingerprinting and FDLE submissions.
• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws (phlebotomy) on patients of all ages following established protocols.
• Properly label, handle, store, and prepare blood and laboratory specimens for transport and testing.
• Collect DOT and Non-DOT urine specimens according to established procedures.
• Perform observed and split-specimen urine collections in accordance with

DOT 49 CFR

Part 40 and Non-DOT chain-of-custody requirements.

• Conduct oral fluid and hair specimen collections.
• Provide FBI background check support, ink fingerprint cards, mobile notary, and passport photo services.
• Verify customer identification and required documentation.
• Ensure all collection forms and chain of custody documents are completed accurately and organized.
• Maintain accurate records, inventory, and supplies for the location.
• Adhere to all OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards, infection control, and proper sharps/biohazard disposal procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and testing results.
• Schedule appointments and assist walk-in customers.
• Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with mobile fingerprinting, blood draw, and collection events when needed. Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Phlebotomy certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage responsibilities without direct supervision.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications
• FDLE Live Scan experience.
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification.
• Laboratory or medical-tech experience.
• DOT Urine Collector Certification.
• BAT/EBT Certification.
• Experience in medical, healthcare, laboratory, or administrative settings.
