Immediate Opening - Fast Interview Process A large, well-established primary care medical group in Delray Beach is seeking a Phlebotomist / Phlebotomy Technician to join our fast-paced, patient-focused healthcare team . This role supports our clinical team by performing venipuncture, blood collection, specimen processing, and laboratory support while delivering compassionate patient care. The ideal candidate is a reliable, detail-oriented healthcare professional comfortable performing high-volume blood draws in a busy outpatient clinic environment. Our patient population includes many elderly and primary care patients , so strong patient communication and bedside manner are essential. Key ResponsibilitiesPhlebotomy & Blood Collection Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection accurately and efficiently Perform high-volume blood draws in a busy outpatient clinic Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and processing Maintain specimen integrity during storage and transport Follow infection control and laboratory safety standards
