Experience:
3+ years of phlebotomy experience required

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection 🩸
- Handle pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Properly verify patient information and label specimens
- Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Maintain accurate records and patient confidentiality
- Provide excellent patient care and customer service 😊
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment
🎓
Education:
High school diploma/equivalent required
⭐ Phlebotomy certification and medical assistant/paramedic training preferred
