Premier Solutions & Weight Loss is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant/receptionist experienced in administering injections, vitamins, medications, and IV therapies. Med Spa Receptionist / Sales We are looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated team member to join our med spa. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, following up with leads and existing patients, promoting services and specials, and helping drive new and returning patient sales.

Ideal candidate:

Excellent communication and customer-service skills, confident, organized, outgoing, and comfortable with sales and patient follow-up. Med spa or medical office experience is a plus. professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care.

Responsibilities:

Administer injections, medications, vitamins, and IV therapies safely. Assist providers with patient care and procedures. Take vital signs and perform routine patient assessments. Maintain accurate documentation and clinical supplies. Educate patients on treatments as needed.

Qualifications:

2-4 years experience Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA), Paramedic, or Registered Nurse (RN) with injection and IV experience. Strong clinical skills and patient-focused attitude. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
