THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION STARTING ON MONDAY, 8/10/26 AND WILL GO TO FRIDAY, 10/2/26
•Express Employment Professionals is partnering with an extremely well known medical manufacturing company in Naples needing 2 experienced Medical Assistant / Phlebotomists. What You'll Be Doing As a valued member of the clinical team, you'll play an important role in ensuring patients receive outstanding care while supporting healthcare providers with a variety of clinical and administrative responsibilities.
Your day will include:
Performing venipuncture, capillary blood collections, specimen labeling, and processing with accuracy and attention to detail. Preparing patients for examinations and procedures by obtaining vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information. Processing, packaging, and transporting laboratory specimens while maintaining specimen integrity and following chain-of-custody procedures. Maintaining accurate patient documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS). Experience with Athena EMR is a plus! Preparing, cleaning, and stocking exam rooms and phlebotomy stations to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient clinical environment. Assisting physicians and healthcare providers with clinical procedures and daily patient care. Scheduling appointments, answering patient questions, and delivering exceptional customer service that creates a positive patient experience. Following HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control guidelines to maintain the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality.

✔ Has previous Medical Assistant and/or Phlebotomy experience ✔ Is confident performing venipuncture and specimen collection ✔ Enjoys working directly with patients and providing compassionate care ✔ Is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment ✔ Has experience with EMR systems (Athena experience is a plus!) ✔ Brings a positive attitude and strong attention to detail Ready for Your Next Opportunity?
