21 weeks Job Description Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Royal Palm Beach, FL! This is a 4+ months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM-12:00 PM Hours per

ASAP Pay Highlights:
$19-21/hour (Based on years of experience & education)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform venipuncture and collect high-quality blood specimens safely and accurately.
Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures.
Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties as required.
Properly identify patients and ensure specimens are accurately labeled and handled.
Maintain specimen integrity throughout the collection and processing workflow.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and patient information.
Clearly and courteously explain collection procedures to patients.
Create a comfortable, professional, and reassuring experience for patients.
Follow established laboratory, safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity and quality standards.
Demonstrate flexibility based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, or overtime when required.
Represent the organization professionally when interacting with patients, clients, employees, and the public.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience - Required.
Experience with:
Pediatric collections
Geriatric collections
Capillary collections
Keyboard and data-entry experience required.

Local candidates within 20-25 miles are eligible.
