What You'll Do:
Prepare and Check Supplies:
Ensure donor blood bags and supplies are ready to go.
Collect Blood:
Perform collection procedures, including mini-physical exams and venipuncture. Care for
Donors:
Provide post-donation care, from serving refreshments to assisting with any reactions.
Promote Positivity:
Build great relationships with donors, recruiters, and colleagues.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Completion of an approved phlebotomy course and clinical experience. One year in the medical field is a plus!
Skills:
Basic clerical and computer skills, excellent communication, and customer service.
Physical Ability:
Stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
Certifications:
Phlebotomy and CNA certifications are a plus. Perks of the
