Role:
Patient Services Representative II
Key Responsibilities:
Patient check-in and interaction
Venipuncture and blood specimen collection
Pediatric, geriatric, forensic and clinical collections
Specimen labeling, processing and documentation
Patient demographic verification
Maintain confidentiality, accuracy and safety
Work across multiple patient service centers/doctor offices
Provide excellent customer service in a high-volume environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of phlebotomy experience
Pediatric, geriatric and capillary collection experience
Strong phlebotomy skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Flexible schedule, including weekends/on-call/overtime
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Medical Assistant/Paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred
Keyboard/data entry experience
2+ years Patient Service Center experience preferred
