Work Schedule:

9pm-7:30am Transports hazardous waste from the point of generation to a designated secure storage area, completing required training for proper handling and transport. Demonstrates understanding and adherence to the Chemical Hygiene plan and Infection Control policies. Assists with department orientation and trains laboratory staff and students. Mentors new employees and ensures competency documentation is completed. Troubleshoots phlebotomy service concerns and coordinates daily workload assignments. Prioritizes routine specimen receipt in the laboratory on a "first in - first out" basis, with stat and alert specimens prioritized before routine orders.

Education:

High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Work Experience:

6 months phlebotomy experience [Required]

Pay Range:
