PART-TIME

Specimen Collector to work in our Burley office . The hours will be 6 am to 10 am Monday through Friday and 1 hour on the weekend twice a month. This position will require direct observation testing. Must also be able to cover required 24/7 response on-call services in a weekly rotation. Specimen Collectors are responsible for collecting various samples, such as urine, hair follicle, breathe alcohol, or other specimens for testing. This position interacts closely with donors, conducting drug testing, contacting clients, administrative work, office cleaning, and processing and shipping specimens. The position requires close attention to detail, good organization skills, customer service experience, ability to work without supervision, and good communication skills with management, clients, and co-workers. In order to be considered for a position with our company, a candidate MUST pass a criminal background check and drug test. Also, a candidate must have a professional appearance and legible handwriting. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and a flexible schedule. Qualifications Ability to follow detailed procedures and regulatory guidelines, including DOT and other relevant compliance standards. Strong attention to detail for specimen labeling, chain-of-custody documentation, and accurate record-keeping. Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact respectfully with donors, clients, and team members. Basic computer and data entry skills to manage forms, schedules, and electronic records. Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and professional conduct in all aspects of specimen handling. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and manage a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Prior experience in healthcare, laboratory work, or drug testing collection is beneficial but not required; training may be provided. High school diploma or equivalent and eligibility to meet any applicable background screening requirements.
